For eBay auctions all statements here override ANY return policy statesments unless otherwise noted below

• All auctions are considered final once the auction ends, as per eBay's policies
• Communication from the high bidder is expected within 3 days of the end of auction.
• Products will not be shipped without address confirmation from the high bidder via email (or Paypal with a comfirmed address).
• Payment is expected within 10 days of the end of auction. At that time the high bidder will be reported to eBay and the auction will be voided.
• BH PC is not responsible for the condition of ANY product that is shipped, at the bidder's request, in any manor other than suggested. In other words, if you choose an alternative shipping method, then we won't stand behind the products condition or function. Manufacturer's warranty may apply.
• It is the winning bidder's responsibility to clarify any questions about warranty prior to the auction's end.
• If a "return policy" is advertised in the auction then ALL statements in the BH PC return policy are applicable.
• Any product advertised in an auction as refirbished, off lease, or any other description other than new are not covered by any statements in the BH PC return policy. Any applicable warranty to the product will be listed in the auction.
• All products are warrantied to not be DOA as long as suggested shipping method is accepted and paid for.
• Additionally, if no warranty of any kind is mentioned in the auction, then the product is not warrantied in any manor. Product is sold as is; all sales are final.

Computer Purchases

• BH PC name brand computers are covered by the BH PC return policy and warranties.
• Non-BH PC name brand computer hardware is only covered by the statements above.
• Any physical software CDs included with the purchase will be mentioned in the product description. The letters "CD" will appear next to the software's name. Otherwise a physical CD is NOT included for the software. All software is installed and tested before shipment.
• BH PC will warranty and support any software that comes with the computer for a period of 15 days from the shipment date. If it is determined that another software loaded after arrival is the cause of poor software performance then the before mentioned warranty is voided.
• BH PC is not responsible for any software installed after shipment of product.
• BH PC will provide e-mail support for any software product installed on a non-BH PC name brand computer for 6 months from the end of auction date. E-mail support is available at support@bhpctech.com. E-mail support does not include instruction on usage of application. Technical problems only.
